The VIP Day Intensive
By signing this agreement, you (“Client”) agree to retain Sparksoft Digital Marketing (“Service Provider”) to proceed with services for a 7 hour intensive, packaged under Sparksoft VIP Day, and agree to the terms and conditions as set forth in this Agreement. During this intensive, Service Provider agrees to devote up to 7 hours on assignments to be determined by Client, as well as a 60-minute pre-intensive strategy call, and 14 days of post-intensive email and messaging support.
Work Location
Work will be performed at the offices of Service Provider, but occasionally may take place at other locations, as required. Task priority and scheduling will be at the discretion of Client. Work will normally occur between the hours of 9AM – 4PM MT on weekdays.
Payment
Payment for these services will be to Service Provider at the rate of $975 and will be due at the time of booking this appointment. Client may choose to alternatively pay a 50% deposit, and pay the balance 24 hours prior to the appointment date. Your purchase is non-refundable, but you may transfer it to another date or service with 5-days prior written notice. Your purchase is valid for 90 days, and must be used within that time-frame.
Additional Expenses
Post-Intensive Support
You will also receive 14 days of support following our intensive, starting with the day after the intensive. You will be able to email or message me with any questions or concerns you have about the work that was performed during our intensive, and you will receive a reply via email, message or video tutorials. This support does not cover additional work that exceeds what was done on our day together.
Ownership
The results of any and all work performed by Service Provider for Client, including original creative work, will remain the property of the Client. Client may use this material in any way deemed appropriate.
